Gold Seal Plumbing was the best experience I could have imagined. They came out right away to take a look at the needed work on both sides of a duplex. I was having painting done and working on getting flooring. Steven knew I needed to juggle the work without me saying anything. He rescheduled his work and came out the next day with James and replaced hot water heater, added earthquake straps, took out toilets, replaced three sinks, disposal, fixed two showers and more. Gold Seal responded quickly to my request for non-emergency plumbing assistance. Technicians Travis and Randy arrived on-time as scheduled and quickly repaired a bathroom water line issue. They also recommended testing the water pressure coming into the house (which was well above normal standards), and they recommended installing a pressure valve to correct the pressure issue. It was installed and now water pressure into our house is correct and will better serve our water supply needs, and our water-use appliances. Great work Travis and Randy!

The 2 that came out were very polite and efficient. They did the job very well. It was the outdoor water faucets and they both had to be done from the inside walls. Holes had to be made but they have an access panel that had to be installed and that was done very neatly. They were pricey but everything is these days. Thank you for the repairs.
