Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a positive work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. We prefer applicants who have some customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages in a timely manner
• Identify and address customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs
• Redirect calls to appropriate departments
• Track sales statistics
• Process phone payments
• Attention to detail

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Outgoing and friendly personality
