We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Call Center Representative to join our growing team. Candidates should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, a positive work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. We prefer applicants who have some customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and messages in a timely manner
- Identify and address customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs
- Redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Track sales statistics
- Process phone payments
- Attention to detail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Outgoing and friendly personality
